Red & White Spa Voucher Policy
– Appointment required.
– 24hr cancellation notice required or fee up to Voucher price may apply.
Customer cannot cancel same day appointments. Full Voucher value will apply.
– Tax and gratuity not included.
– Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
– No cash value for any Voucher.
– Voucher cannot be combined with any other coupons, deals, or promotions.
– Spa does not offer any Voucher refunds.
– Vouchers cannot be used for taxes or tips.
– Neither the spa or the Voucher company is responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
– Duplicate use or sale of Voucher is prohibited.
– All services per Voucher must be used by same customer / couple.
– After Voucher expires customer may use face value for the same service only.
Must pay retail price of service and cannot be combined with any other coupon, deal or promotion.
– Vouchers accepted only from new guests or guests that have not been to the spa for over 6 months. Once a voucher is used for any service, guest cannot buy or use a voucher for a different service for six months. Only one voucher per guest will be allowed within six months regardless of which voucher deal / company was used to purchase it.
