Red & White Spa Policies
General Policies: We request that children under 16 be accompanied by an adult. All prices are subject to change. Tax will be added to services and products. Special offers and coupons cannot be combined. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Services must be secured with a major credit card or gift certificate number. Once a treatment begins, you are responsible for payment of that service. Quiet must be observed at all time.
Appointments or Reservations: We encourage you to schedule spa appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. Please call 212-343-9444 to check for availability, or use our . In order to reserve your appointments, we require a telephone number and a major credit card number or valid gift certificate number. Appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. Cancellation policy will be apply.
Arrival and check-in: We ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you can enjoy the full service. If you are late, your scheduled treatment may be shortened.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that others may have that time slot. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Sorry, but we cannot make exceptions.
Spa Gift Certificates: Red and White Spa Gift Certificates are perfect for anyone, any season, or any reason. Gift Certificates can be purchased at the spa or by Gratuities may not be deducted from gift certificates. Red & White Spa accepts Spa Finder Gift Cards.
Pricing and Payments: Red and White Spa reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain services without prior notification. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discovery, and JCB). We do not accept personal checks. There is no refund for services and retail products. Retail products can be returned only when they are not open and not used.
Gratuities: Tipping is left to your discretion. If you are pleased with your service it is customary to extend a 15- 20% gratuity. Private envelopes are provided for each employee at check out. Tips must be made in cash. Gratuities are not included in
or Spa Packages and may not be paid for with of other coupons.
Frequent User Savings: To secure a preferred appointment time, we recommend scheduling your next service at checkout. After nine visits you'll receive a $20 credit that you can use toward your next service. Purchase a series of 5 facials or massages and get One Free. Expires within one year from the date of issue, not transferable.
Your Well-Being: We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications as there may be contraindication to some services. Prior to you service, you may be required to complete a new guest form where you can indicate if you have any medical conditions. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant.
Your Valuables: We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. If you do bring valuables to the spa, please keep them with you during services.
Note: All prices, services and hours of operation at Red & White Spa are subject to change without notification. We close for major holidays and during extreme weather conditions. Please turn cell phones off in our spa.
