Metered parking (1 & 2 hr) is available all day on 6th & 7th Avenue.
Non-metered parking is available on local streets after 6 pm.

C & E trains - Spring Street / 6th Avenue station

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure enough time to check in and receive full service and our full attention. A credit card number is require to hold a reservation.
All Red & White Spa Gift Certificates are valid one (1) year from the date of the issue.
Gift Certificates issued for the special priced cervices can have different expiration date, depending on the policy issued for the certain special promotion.

We require at least 24 hour notice of cancellation of any appointment. A 3 hour notice of appointment made for the same day. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment(s). We appreciate your cooperation with our policies.

Minimum Credit Card Charge is $30
Cash Gratuities Only
Customary gratuity is 15-20% of treatment price
There is no refunds and returns on gift certificates, cervices payments and retail products. Retail products can be exchanged only.
If gift certificate is purchased for current special and has limited expiration date, it can be used after expiration date towards regular priced cervices or retail products during one year from the date of the issue.
